Terms and Conditions
Once an order is placed with Bebe's you should receive an acknowledgement email for your order, this is not a confirmation email.
On a rare occasion, we experience some technical difficulties with our stock checking system which ultimately leads to items being advertised that are not actually in stock. On these occasions a full refund will be issued and the order cancelled. We apologise for this in advance.
- Returns are accepted for upto 14 days from the date of you receiving your order.
- A refund or exchange is available on all items, please specify which one you would like when returning an item
- Upon the return of an item within the 14 days for a refund, the full amount minus postage cost will be refunded.
- All items must be returned in all original packaging and original tags still in tact.
- Upon the completion of a Payment Plan order, you agree to pay a 20% deposit of the total amount of the items in your order. This deposit is non-refundable if you then wish to cancel the order. However, any further payments will be refunded and the items listed back up for sale. However, once items have been dispatched they are only returnable for exchange or credit note.
- If payment plans are not kept up to date with regular payments, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
